CANCELLATION POLICY
Baby Face Skin + Body Care operates on a strict 24-hour cancellation policy a credit card is required to secure your appointment. clients who reschedule or cancel appointments outside of a 24-hour window will NOT be charged for any treatments. clients who reschedule or cancel inside a 24-hour window will be charged a late cancel fee of 50% of your service total. clients who do not show up to their appointment will be charged the FULL treatment fee we understand that life happens. if there has been an emergency or illness that has prohibited you from making your appointment, please contact us and we will do our best to find a fair solution
